Since the end of 2008, the new neuro-otology department of the White Cross Clinic has been operating, offering upgraded health services based on international standards.
In the O.R.L. clinic the complete O.R.L. examination is performed and there is the possibility of nasal endoscopy with a rigid endoscope and endoscopy of the upper airway with a flexible endoscope in order to make a correct and complete investigation of the diseases of the nose, the paranasal sinuses and the larynx.
In the audiological neuro-otology clinic there is state-of-the-art equipment for performing audiograms and tympanograms, while there is also a complete labyrinth test for the treatment of vertigo and tinnitus with videonystagmography, evoked acoustic potentials, otoacoustic emissions and modern vestibular myogenic potentials. This provides a complete diagnosis and treatment for patients with vertigo.
At the surgical level, the whole range of ENT procedures (endoscopic classical, oncological, ear surgery) as well as open and closed rhinoplasty surgery of any severity is performed.
